Coach's ReLoved program allows customers to return their used bags and have them restored, remade and upcrafted and resold, creating a circular, sustainable way to shop Coach. Coach's TikTok followers were given a look behind the scenes at Coach's ReLoved workshop, receiving over 70K views between the three videos.
